Berkeley Public Policy Conference 2026: Seismic Shifts
The Berkeley Public Policy Conference is an annual convening that brings together policy practitioners, researchers, students, alumni of UC Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy, and members of the broader public policy community.
This year’s theme, Seismic Shifts: Policy Choices in a Changing World, examines how shifts in global power, economic pressures, and technological change are reshaping governance in the United States and around the world.
The conference features conversations with former U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano, former U.S. Secretary of Energy Jennifer Granholm, Pulitzer Prize-winning New York Times journalist Carlos Lozada, and other leading voices from government, academia, journalism, and policy.
